This is a wonderful surprise to find. This hotel is close to the airport offers free meals (more like buffet) on certain days, which is a wonderful bonus. The place is very clean, but the outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff. Haley and Drew, or could have been Stu...(sorry when I saw the food I got excited). I was so happy with their hospitality and friendliness. Don't worry Nik, I didn't forget you either. They also have a bar and the best bartender! I recommend this place to anyone who is in Kansas City or has a layover and you have time to spare. Please don't think that Drury is not a contender because it beats a lot of the places that you tend to think about first. Oh, and the rating says it all, it was over 9. Give them a try you will not be sorry. I will be back to this very Hotel on my next stay in Kansas City!

My service dog had good access to walking areas. She loved the glass elevator. My friend and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, very clean, spacious room and comfortable beds. We even extended our stay by one night to explore Hamilton's Quilt shops and St. Joseph's Pony Express Museum as well as Kansas City's Jazz Museum.

The staff were so nice to my wife and I! There were plenty of gorgeous photo opp spots, great decor! They serve a yummy hot breakfast & dinner, and we didn’t feel rushed to each at all! They went above and beyond, they were HIGHLY hospitable!! They made me feel very special on my bday trip! Ashley gets a 10/10, very genuine and an amazing conversationalist!

The King Suite was incredible. It was like having an apt. The living area had a couch and comfortable chair with ottoman, entertainment center with TV, microwave, frig and coffee machine. It had an office or study area as well as a dining area with office chairs. The bathroom was accessible. Then there was a separate room with king bed, dresser, end tables and TV. The most charming part was that on the walls were Kansas City landmark pictures. They had pictures of the shuttlecock at the art museum, Union Station, KC skyline, etc. It was beautiful!

We came to Kansas City on a family vacation to visit Worlds of Fun, the many other museums/family friendly attractions, and the KC BBQ scene. We didn’t want to pay top dollar for a 5 star hotel but certainly felt like we got one. Drury was in the mid range of prices for hotels in the Kansas City area and we felt like it exceeded our expectations and was a great value. It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The kids swam multiple times. The pool area is air conditioned so it wasn’t hot and muggy like some other hotel pools are. They offered free breakfast and even something called “Kickback” in the evenings where they served hot snacks and a few free alcoholic beverages for the adults. The one thing I was happiest with was the beds. They were much more comfortable than other cheap hotels and hotels I’ve been to that were around the same price range. 9.5/10 I will definitely look for more Drury hotels in the future.

Great decor, indoor/outdoor pool, breakfast AND dinners were awesome! Great location! Lots of extras - popcorn, happy hour, convenience mart, lovely stylish lobby. Rooms were spacious and lovely. Bathroom was large, modern, and impeccably clean, bed was very comfortable, and we did not hear noise from adjoining rooms. Truly a wonderful hotel!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was a bonus and while we did not take advantage of it, the evening Manager's Reception was a pleasant treat.

Breakfast was okay but we didn't have much time to enjoy it as we had to leave with the 7am shuttle. It was a bit crowded for our comfort, but it was easy enough to take a plate up to the room. We really enjoyed the convenience of the "light supper" and cocktail bar. We had dropped off our rental car, so it was nice to just catch the shuttle at the airport and stay in the hotel for the rest of the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable. The accent brick wall was a nice touch. The rooms were quiet - we only heard people a few times. The AC worked well and cooled quickly. All of the outlets worked, too! Breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive.
